ZVEX Effects celebrate Earth Day with new hand-painted pedals

Commemorating The 50th Anniversary Of The Green Initiative

ZVEX Effects have debuted a new special run of hand-painted stompboxes to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day.

Each pedal included in the collection has been decked out with customised artwork from three different artists, with each being matched with a colourful nature-themed pallete. The Box Of Rock, Fuzz Factory and Instant Lo-Fi Junky feature artwork from Lisa McGrath, while the Fuzzolo and Box Of Metal are painted by Frances Bridges and BA respectively.

ZVEX are well-known for their hand-painted effects, and original stompboxes from the company's early days are prized among collectors, so it goes without saying that this collection won't last long. It's also great to see a pedal company get so involved in environmental initiatives - plus, they've also got a 20% discount going on their website right now. If there's ever been a good excuse to join the ZVEX club, this is it.
