First Release With New Frontman

Sydney rockers Northlane have released their new album today on UNFD, after months of cryptic online clues and codes, delivered through a series of releases on the band’s social media pages.

The album, Node, is the first with new frontman Marcus Bridge, after losing vocalist Adrian Fitipaldes because of issues with his vocal endurance last year.

The band is receiving good publicity coinciding with the release, with Node being the Feature Album on triple j, as well as guest-hosting ABC program Rage tomorrow and being featured on the cover of Blunt Magazine.

"As a band, we've poured our heart and soul into this album, and for more than a year its conception and creation has consumed us," said guitarist Josh Smith.

"As with every release, to be finally sharing this with the world conjures up feelings of apprehension, but we couldn't be more proud of what we're putting out."
