The pedal also features what Keeley call Manhattan Compression, otherwise known as parallel compression, which blends a the uncompressed signal with the processed one, resulting in the benefits of both a controlled signal without losing all of your dynamic range.
There is additionally four parametric controls allowing players to tweak the sustain, level, tone and blend of the compression. As can be seen from the accompanying video, the Compressor Plus fits in well in a live band setting as well as being used in the studio.
