Groovin The Moo has been cancelled

The touring festival joins the long list of events which have been cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, with organisers saying that it wasn’t possible to reschedule dates due to the close proximity of its intended dates in April and May.

In a statement released today, promoters Steve Halpin and Rod Little thanked the acts involved and those who helped organised the festival, saying that “There is nothing that we love more than seeing our Moo Crew in each of our regions and we are deeply saddened that this won’t be happening this year. Our sincere thanks to everyone who has been involved in GTM this year and in years past. We’re aware that this is impacting many people around the world and we encourage you to look after each other.”

The Groovin team have informed punters that refunds for all ticket purchases will be made available shortly. They’re also encouraging festivalgoers to make donations or see how they can help musicians via I Lost My Gig or Support Act.

Head to the Groovin The Moo website for more details on ticket refunds.
