Ernie Ball Music Man has shared details of the latest additions to its Ball Family Reserve Series, announcing three new models for December.
These three December models follow releases in September, October, and November for the series which will see further expansion over the next few months. December brings new variations in the form of the Majesty in Koa Burst, St. Vincent in Translucent Blue, and the StingRay in Classic Natural.
The Majesty features a hand-stained, lightweight mahogany top in a Koa Burst finish. The guitar is accented with white neck binding, and achieves a brighter sound with the inclusion of an oversized flamed Koa shield.
The St. Vincent is striking in translucent blue hand-stained over an African mahogany body. It, too, features white neck binding, and is bolstered by a rare wenge neck of African tropical hardwood that is wear and marring resistant.
Lastly, the StingRay is sealed in a natural finish for a classic, vintage look. Gold hardware adds a touch of class to the instrument, while black binding was the choice for this model to accent its roasted maple neck.
All three guitars are to be released in an extremely limited run; 90 pieces for the Majesty, 20 for St. Vincent, and 50 for the StingRay.
Ernie Ball Music Man is distributed in Australia through CMC Music.
