The Family Reserve Collection has been growing in monthly instalments, and the March additions haven’t disappointed. The Axis Super Sport features a figured 5A maple top hand-stained in a translucent purple finish, alongside a bound Honduran mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard. The special edition Axis also offers a dual humbucking mahogany body, and is limited to just 27 pieces worldwide.
The Cutlass Natural Gloss boasts a natural ash body with a polyester clear coat, plus a smooth satin finish on its all-rosewood neck and a black pickguard to enhance the grain pattern on the guitar. This model is also being produced in an extremely limited run – just 47 pieces will be available.
Lastly, the Majesty Gold Sparkle features an all-basswood body finished in a deep gold sparkle. It offers warm tonality and elite appointments, such as Schaller locking tuners and a Music Man John Petrucci tremolo with all black hardware. You’ll have to get in quick for this one, too, with only 77 pieces to be available for purchase.
