Dune Rats Announce 2020 National Tour

And Who Could Forget Dear Rat Boy?

Wasting no time in hyping up the announcement of their new album Hurry Up and Wait, with new single 'Crazy' dropping last week, the Dunies have announced an album launch tour for Feb/March of next year.

Adelaide kicks off the Rat race with Thebarton Theatre playing host on Saturday November 30. Then, the boys bow at Perth's Metro City on Sunday March 1, before a swathe of shows across the weekend in Brisbane's Fortitude Music Hall, Sydney's Big Top Luna Park, and Melbourne's Festival Hall take place on Friday-Sunday March 6, 7 and 8, respectively.

The album drops Friday January 31 and links the Rats up with producer James Tidswell of Violent Soho. Lead singer Danny Beus said, "We didn’t set out to make a big album, or a polished album, or an album about partying because the last one did alright, or an album not about partying because we want to get away from that. It’s just writing about different stuff in our lives. It was always just going to be Dunies.”

What's more, the tour is set to feature Ruby Fields, Dear Seattle and Totty, so keep your eyes peeled for tickets next Tuesday December 3.
