For 90 days, the audio firm are making a limited number of free 90-day licenses available for those students, tutors or professionals working in educational institutions or qualified media enterprises. Of course, if you’re an affected company, you’ll still need to submit a request for a license for your employees, but it’s definitely a bit of a lifeline for those who depend on mixing for work or study in these times.
There’s a bunch of licenses available for tools such as Sibelius, Ultimate, Media Composer as well as Pro Tools, however, there will be some restrictions to what’s available. Find out how to apply on the Avid website – and good luck.
