Audio-Technica unveils massive new turntable range

Aimed at audiophiles, entry-level buyers and DJs alike, the new line of turntables offer a host of upgraded features, including high-quality phono cartridges and sleek construction with a wide range of finishes.

For first-time buyers looking for the perfect beginner turntable, the AT-LP60X is definitely one to look out for. An updated variant of the ever-popular AT-LP60, the fully automatic belt-driven 60X features a redesigned tone arm base and headshell to create a more refined listening experience, and boasts a built-in preamp to offer the most convenient listening experience possible.

If you want a turntable that you can easily use to convert your records into digital files for sampling or your iTunes library, the AT-LP60XUSB will suit you just fine, sharing all of  the same specs as the AT-LP60X as well as adding USB functionality.

USB connectivity not enough for you? How about the modern comforts of Bluetooth connectivity offered by the AT-LP60XBT, which lets you control your turntable from any room of your house via your smartphone? It really doesn’t get much better than that.

For higher end consumers looking for a turntable to upgrade as their tastes change over the years, the AT-LP2X is right up your alley, boasting a beautifully minimal design and incredible performance.

If you’re a DJ spinning wax in the club, the AT-LP120XUSB will definitely get your ears perked up. Featuring a DC servo direct-drive motor, S-shaped tonearm with adjustable tracking, a premium AT-VM95E Dual Magnet phono cartridge anti-skate controls and phono preamplifier, the 120XUSB can play 33, 45 and 78 RPM records, and also allows for direct connection to your computer via USB.

Want something totally different? The fully manual, belt-drive AT-LPW40WN turntable is bound to turn heads. Designed to provide optimal hi-fi audio reproduction from vinyl, the LP40WN features an anti-resonance plinth with walnut veneer, a straight carbon-fiber tonearm with adjustable tracking force and other premium appointments.

With this massive product drop, we reckon it’s more than fair to crown Audio-Technica the kings of the vinyl revival.

In addition to their new line of turntables, Audio-Technica have also unveiled a brand new line of high quality phono cartridges, which are perfect for audiohphiles looking to get the most out of their current or vintage turntable – check them out here.
