ADAM Audio launch new T8V monitors

How Low Can You Go?

The latest monitor from acclaimed firm ADAM Audio has arrived, offering a whopping bass response and premium dispersion.

Fitted with an 8" woofer and a two-way powered design, the T8V joins ADAM Audio's T Series, which has been celebrated around the world as being one of the best monitor series introduced in recent years. The T8V monitors bring a huge bass extension that goes all the way down to 33 Hz, making them especially suitable for producers creating bass-heavy electronic or hip-hop.

The ADAM Audio T8V also features U-ART tweeters with a 4:1 velocity transfer ratio, as well as a new Class D amplifier with a high dynamic range and peak SPL of 118 dB. The tweeter also goes up to 25 kHz, and works in tandem with the speaker's HPS Waveguide to allow for an ideal radiation of transient frequencies to hone in on that sweet spot.

Other notable features include a rear bass port, DSP-controlled crossovers, a built in EQ and XLR/TRS input connections for each monitor. Considering the number of rave reviews out there for ADAM Audio's previous monitors in the T series, we reckon these ones will be a hit amongst producers. They're slated to hit dealers sometime in May, so stay tuned for more news soon.
